SUMMER FOOD ASSISTANCE FOR SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN P-EBT APPLICATION
You may be eligible to receive P-EBT benefits for your school-aged children this summer. Children who received free or reduced-price lunch through the National School Lunch Program and were attending school at the end of the 22-23 school year may qualify.
This year parents/guardians must complete an application to receive Summer P-EBT. The application can be completed online at https://ndsummerebt.nd.gov.
If you can't complete the application online, you can get a paper application by sending an email to snap-pebt@nd.gov or downloading it from https://www.nd.gov/dpi/.

Enrollment of New Students
To complete the enrollment process, please call to set up an appointment at the Board of Education Office located at 215 Second Street Southeast in Minot. This location is downtown, just to the east of Central Campus High School. Appointments may be made by calling 701-857-4444. At the time of your appointment please bring with you a certified State birth certificate, an up-to-date immunization record, a proof of residence, such as a home mortgage statement, lease agreement, rental agreement, property tax statement, or current utility bill, a parent photo ID, and custody papers if applicable.
